We love to serve you! However due to the nature of these services, commitment to appointments are very important. Please carefully read our policies regarding cancellation, tardiness, and no-shows. (This policy is also detailed in our client intake form.)
Cancellation
We understand that injury and illness can occur without warning, cancellations for injury or any illness that is listed on our intake form is excused (infectious illness, infectious skin conditions; fever in the last 24 hours, vomiting or diarrhea in the last 48 hours or cold or flu-like symptoms in the past 5 days), however please ensure that you call and notify our staff as soon as possible so that your cancellation will be excused, and not marked as a no-show.
Cancellation for any other reason: patients must notify staff of cancellation with a minimum of 24 hours notice; otherwise your appointment will be marked as a no-show. If it is after hours please leave a detailed message.
Tardiness
We understand that life is unpredictable and you may be late to your appointment. If you are late, we will still provide your service, however please understand that you will be responsible for the full price of your service regardless of how late you are, and your service will conclude at the originally scheduled end time. Patient’s who are chronically late (4 or more incidents) will be required to prepay for services.
No Show
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hour notice you will be subject to a no-show fee. No show fees are progressionary:
First no show: excused
Second no show: you will be charged for 50% of the booked service
Third no show: you will be charged for 100% of the booked service
Four or more no-shows: you must prepay for any future booked services.
